      Did you read the page you linked at all?

      The 4th point on that page - "You must keep your drone within visual line-of-sight. This means always
      being able to see the drone with your own eyes (rather than through a device, screen or goggles)."

      The Avata is designed to be flown FPV-only and this package comes with goggles for this purpose.

      TLDR: If you aren't a member of an approved club and flying at an approved airfield, flying entirely indoors, or flying in a designated area pre-approved by CASA in writing, it's essentially illegal to use this product in the way it was intended to be used anywhere in Australia.

        Instead of being so keen to be the fun police you should have put some more time into looking into the product. It is not designed to be FPV only and can be used with a screen i.e. without goggles which allows you to follow the keep it in sight rule.
