Still getting the free piece of fried chicken every month on my last account🍗

They don't honour it. Sometimes they say min spend $10 for any offers. Sometimes they said their machine doesn't allow it.
No. People just claimed that in past Deal… As reason why they don't try.
RR honoured all free offers (with no min purchase stated) in my years of experience (spending almost nothing).
More like lazy staff who ignore free offer conditions.

If machine wants payment for free item, manager can override it. But that only happened once. Staff member called manager over, without me saying anything.
So ask for manager!

I remember when signing up got you a free piece of chicken every month for 12 months, which could you stack with other offers. Now those offers have basically disappeared.
