    FYI, most of these hotels (if not all of them) are also available at this price direct from mercure.com - they offer a 'best price guarantee' (or else they refund 10%), so I'm guessing they drop their prices when a special like this comes along.

      Just called Accor.

      Apparently they want you to book first then fill an online claim form but they only promise you to check the price on Jerstar within 24 hours. The deal last 12 hours.

      I asked the girl over the phone and she kept saying 'that beyond his authority'

      I give up on the BS and might just book on Jetstar

        Do you mean you found a more expensive price on Accor? When I looked, they were the same as Jetstar's - so the 10% refund wouldn't apply because their prices are the same.
        All I was trying to say was if people preferred to book via Accor / if Jetstar's system went down etc then they could do so for the same price either way.
