  • NM, same voucher code, different content, seems they recycle this code a bit.

I don't know whether it was a glitch, but I didn't have to input the coupon for the Bonds course, just followed your link and it signed me up for free. I then used the coupon code for the Commodities course. Bonus!

    • +9

I embedded the coupon code within the web address

      • You are a genius my friend!

  • So what do I get from doing this course other then knowledge? Is there any sort of cert or something?

    • +9

      lol is knowledge not enough?
kinda like doing self defense course and asking the instructor, do I get a paper that says "Certified to whup ass"

      • I thought it might be course that gives a you cert that you can use and put on your resume.

        • I think time to time you will get announcements in mail asking you to take a "certificate of completion" on courses which you enrolled, the below is what i got from today's mail

—Now, you are eligible to get a "Certificate of Completion" when you complete the last lecture of this course. Now, you have a certificate to show the industry and your prospective employers that, you have actually done this program. Happy Learning with edu CBA at Udemy!

Just take a free Photoshop course and create your own if you really want one ;-) PS. You can say/write you did an online course. Getting a certificate from the presenter doesn't really add anything if it's not a recognised education institution.

Unless it's a company sponsored course or a real university… these online courses are really for self enrichment and shouldn't be considered for your resume.

Any tom, dick, harry can jump online and do a thousand courses.

Last thing any person/interviewer looking through your resume wants to see is a ton of online courses.

        • +1

Certificates mean nothing unless you get credits leaning towards some form of industry accreditation.

Why is a financial training company offering a course on Bonds? It's not that bloody hard to put on a pair of undies, some socks, or a t-shirt?!

You realise that this BONDS we are talking about is different.
In case you don't know this word. It is spelled:
      D.I.F.F.E.R.E.N.T.

    • -2

Clearly you need to take the course. We're not talking about underwear, we're talking about a type of debt financing instrument.

    • +2

Bloody hell - its called a joke :/

      • +1

        Go back to "hell" mrdevil….

      • +1

        A bad joke :p

Still trying to work out if people replying to you are serious or just very, very deadpan though. I mean really guys - you downvoted that?

  • I also have got 2 emails related to FREE Coupon codes for this one and previous course from edu CBA since I have registered for an another course with them previously.

    Love this:

Now, you are eligible to get a "Certificate of Completion" when you complete the last lecture of this course. Now, you have a certificate to show the industry and your prospective employers that, you have actually done this program. Happy Learning with edu CBA at Udemy

    But hate this marketing strategies:

Experts may post it in some deal sites, coupon sites like Ozbargain, Fatwallet, Hotukdeals, dealnews, techbargains etc. The Successful Poster will get 2 courses of their choice for FREE.

edu CBA should know that most of the OPs don't expect any reward from them by posting deals.
However, I would like to say, courses from edu CBA are great who work or interest in those fields.

  • I know how bonds underwear work.

Worth more than 1.5 hours worth of fun. :P

    Ok… tad lame….

But nice free education :) Why not!

    • So I'm not the only one that immediately thought of underwear when I saw the BONDS word.

  • Wu-Tang Financial taught me everything I need to know about "BONDS" already.
