i got one a few weeks ago, works very well, used it for car tyres, i think it only took ~15pumps to go from 30psi to 36psi, measured with a separate gauge. also it pumped my bike to 100psi without a problem
btw, theres an extra valve on the valve head, which doesnt seem to do anything, does anyone know what it is? pressure release?
The two holes take the two different bicycle valve types. The French / Presta valves found on quality bikes and the car tyre sized valves found on lower end bikes.

For balls and toys you buy a 3 pack of inflation needles from Kmart or ebay or the $3 kit, buy a couple cause they don't last long. http://www.kmart.com.au/product/universal-inflator-kit/12251…
They are included with the pump. And yes they break easily.
Everyone with a bike should own a floor pump… great price for delivered.

ALUMINIUM or STEEL pumps?
Seems quite decent. I bought "cheap" ones before mostly from plastic ($10 from eBay, $15 from Target), all of which broke in no-time. $22 for an aluminium one seems good.
