my guess its a focus group to try to find out what their target market (females 25-35) want and their needs to accomodate them. Also giving you a voucher makes you go to eat there and there are subsequent benefits from that….

The food quality is pretty poor. Tried their Thai beef salad once, they served processed meat instead of beef. Being franchise store, I guess they serve the same food everywhere, so will not visit again.

i'll never go to sumo salad again. horrible service. i bought a salad once and the staff were so rude and unfriendly.
also i went again with the free salad voucher last year and they refused to honour it claiming it was expired even though it wasn't. i urge everyone to not go to sumo salad QV in melbourne.
