Trophy guide says 7/10 difficulty (quite hard) unless you have a bunch of (3 or 4) spare move controllers. Also, a move controller is required for this game? Anyway 80cents for a spare case is not too bad :)
A great trophy whore game is Linger In Shadows, takes less than 10 minutes to get all 12 trophies (I am a trophy whore)
Yes, it's an easy platinum (apart from a couple of annoying challenges) and yes, it's a lot easier getting them with 3 or 4 move controllers (which most stores are clearing out now anyway).

i think you can trade the disc in for 1.50$ @ ebgames and keep the case.
I tried trading this game in at EB a while back, and they offered me $1.10 for it (10% more for being a level 2 member).
Other $1 titles you may find in your/other JB Stores for the PS3 are Disney Universe and Dance On Broadway. Saw Brink for $5. Can't recall any others.
Actually played this with my gf, it's pretty okay. There's no 'adult' content that we found, maybe teenager age at best. It seems like it'd be a good ice breaker game at a party.
