Not sure if this is a repeat of the last deal where the base game was included:

There were no comments in the last deal to indicate the base game was removed.

I'll update the description when someone confirms the Steam key includes the base game + expansion.

  6/22/2014 UPDATE: Amazon made the game unavailable today, at or around 7:08:09 AM PDT. I believe they will fix the issue of this key giving the base game as well as the expansion. Just a friendly warning to those that are interested in buying it after this time (if/when it comes back and becomes available again).

  If this was true the game + EXP would be $10 normally…. but its not.

  This is only The Forgotten expansion pack to the base Age of Empires II HD game. You need to already own the base game.

    If you have a US virtual address from one of the US shipping forwarders such as Shipito for example you can use that.

    I tried buying xcom and got an email saying that I needed a US address and a US bank credit card… That's never happened to me before.
