Rival bargain sites and similar logos

So I was searching around for bargains and I came across this site.
The first thing that I saw was the logo. Now see how it uses the near exact same font as OzBargain? And the first two letters are in a square just like ozb? I checked to see if it was an ozb sister site and it isn't.
I'm just bringing this to the mods attention incase they haven't seen this.

    Lol I've seen this website ages ago… I didn't even notice the logo. It's a bit strange what they did, I think it would look ALOT better without that square!

    They have actually been around for a while — since 2008 I believe. I have met Katt and Lyly last month at an event and they are nice guys :)

    However your assertion is right that they are not related to OzBargain at all. Not too sure why their logo have a square around "Ba" either.

    Their tab icon is pretty much a copycat too, interesting.

      Saw that too.
      The reason I brang this up is the logo and I'm not sure about copyrights and all that
