Can the poster/admin please change the description to say "Still not accepted at the chermside store". I wouldn't want others to have the same experience I did.

    • Just gave the chermside store a call. They said they'd accept the printed coupon now. Lack of communication..i dont know. The store had no authority to reject the coupon.

Too bad, its too late now. Never going back again.

  • For those of you that have also been burnt, we may not be able to take legal action but we can do the next best thing - give them bad press. I'm sure TT & ACA would love a story like this.

Time to hit them where it hurts!

Yes, thank goodness for companies like Nando's and Urban Burger, who sacrifice profits to make a reality of the customer's desire for — nay, RIGHT TO — a 2-for-1 burger deal. They are the true heroes. This belated move by Grill'd to accept these vouchers is just a cynical marketing tactic; a last-ditch attempt to stem the flow of customers to the competition. But Nando's and Urban Burger, paragons of virtue, acted only with the most selfless desire to help out their fellow man and woman. Truly, they do not treat their customers like simple-minded fools.

  • Grill'd should be thanking their lucky stars nothing like this happened:

Customers in Beijing trashed a KFC when their coupons would not be accepted!
