  • these drives run really HOT under high speeds.. (sorry for the pun). Good drive and not bad price. Use one for my VM backup

That's why they have a metal body to dissipate the heat. :)
Can't have high speed read/write flash without generating heat. ;)
They are the fastest usb flash drives in this form factor available nowadays.

I think it would probably be better to get a m.2 ssd and an external case for the same price or less. It would have much faster read and write speeds when copying from ssds.

There is a 2% surcharge if paying by PayPal or Credit Card

    • which payment method does not incur surcharge?

      • BPAY and DD

        • Two very risky paying methods which give buyer no protection.

        • Pickup and pay by cash is OK so long as you place order on-line (choose DD and bring cash)..

          PS $5 off = $75.

        • @LoveBargain15:

Someone has to fund the buyer protection. Services that offer buyer protection charge more in fees and the merchant can either choose to wear this extra cost or pass it on.

        • If we charged $200+ (as some do) we could wear it :)

          @Hot:
Does not have to be this one you are pointing out.

          $94 will do: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Sandisk-CZ88-USB-3-0-260mb-s-128G…

I think if you like to create a real bargain and get more business in here, you could cover the 2% of credit card charge, just put the price up for a $1 or $2 instead of explaining what you cant do here.

It does not look good this way.

        • Will do next time..

        • @Hot:
Thanks for the link. Bought two.

  • Best fookin usb drives available. Got two of these little munchkins! Well worth all the $$$$

Just 5 minutes ago received my Silicon Power 256GB Blaze B30 USB 3.0 US $56.13 (~AU $75) Delivered. (Still available for same price.) Took a week to get here.
Yes, write speed is only about a third of the speed of the SanDisk (sequential only, random speeds are much closer), but read speed is almost as good, plus there's the minor detail of it being double the size.
    128GB version is AU $50.

  • No address or phone number anywhere on the website, usually a warning sign. The site itself doesn't inspire confidence either.
