Anyone got any tips on the best loan deals going around at the moment..
Need to organise a new home loan next week, for a new property purchase.
Loan amount ~$500k, PPOR, offset would be good but redraw an option
Currently with Ubank,with an almost paid off loan, so contemplating just going with them again
Community First have 3yr fixed 3.69%, loans.com.au and Reduce Homeloans had a sub 3.6% variable and NAB have a couple of similar fixed rate products with 350k FF points (but you would probably be ineligible coming from Ubank). BankSA are offering $1500 cashback to refinance, but will take it back off you after 3 years with ongoing fees. Good ole Ubank are probably in the mix as well in the high 3's. Just check your LVR to make sure you can get the better rates. If you find any standouts let me know as I will be in a similar place hopefully in the next few months.
Find a mortage broker who's not doing it for the income, but for the fun. Someone who's experienced.
