this is a funny one but quite practical. I feel ripped off every time i buy socks. Anyone got brand tips or location tips? when I went overseas even in Asia the socks are so expensive! Also some socks u buy overseas seems to wear out really quick.
So what black socks do u buy to go with formal shoes etc? do u guys believe in anti-bacterial anti-odour socks?
Aldi frequently has these one sale and I've been very happy with the quality.
I think mine are holeproof, but not 100% sure. The trick is to make sure your toenails are kept cut short.
Socks cost what $5 for a pair? Sometimes $10. Think about how much time you spend in them.

Anti-bacterial socks are a ripoff. I buy my shoes from Colorado and they provide anti-fungal/bacterial as well as anti-odour spray. These can be bought from your local pharmacy as well but since I get a discount on the spray(30%) and they are specialised for leather/suede/nu-buck.
They last quite a long time(9-10 months so basically every time I buy new shoes, I grab one as well
hmm.. i guess if you wear them everyday, u can't have only 5 socks, means 1 socks per day.. u have to have more than that so that you can rotate them. I've bought a socks in Asia, cost me around $4 per pair and it lasts quite long. Still using it today.
Kmart had a big range of their 'alpha' brand socks on clearance the last time I checked. Quality seems good enough. I think you get 6 pairs for $7 or something of that order.
