A bit pricier than the KeepCup but much better quality. Limited customisation available but still plenty of options.

Not sure on the better quality, my lid leaks so stopped using it.

    • Same! It's not just you. These cups are not very well designed - filled above a certain line (its not obvious and not every barista will realise) these leak in the most convenient way - right down the front of your shirt.

Avoid. Mine is in the bin.

  • Was tempted until I saw there's a $7 flat shipping rate.

  • shipping kills it for these guys and keepcup

    • I bought two keep cups shipped for $25 on their (biome) last promotion.

  • Agreed^ my Frank Green water bottle lid (same construction) has difficulty opening & closing after 2 years. One day it miraculously worked again. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
My Frank Green coffee mug has strong plastic smell, seems to originate from the lid. Also, occasionally — water from condensation produced by hot beverage drips down between the outer rim and the lid unto your hand when the lid is in place. No mater how tight you lock it in position, it doesn't help. The supposedly double walled mug doesn't really insulate heat that well, nice on a cold day, but nothing unbearable. I'm holding it on my hand now with some hot water, it reeks of plastic. Still yet to find another design I like within this price range.

  • Design looks great but the actual cup itself doesn't keep the contents warm. It heated it up more than anything and sometimes too hot to handle.

Had to get mine replaced as it was leaking straight from the start. Team was great in sending a replacement but after half a year of use, the seals started to wear out and its spill-proof feature was useless to me as I liked to just chuck it in the bag and go.

Counted at least half a dozen times when I had to clean up coffee spills from my bag and eventually decided to just throw it away.

  • Just go to the op-shop and get a similar takeaway cup for circa two dollars. Much better for the environment, assuming you're not using fossil fuels to get there and back I suppose.

  • I have Frank Green (x1), KeepCup (x3), and an rCup (x1). The Frank Green are definitely not better than KeepCup. They are hard to clean and leak. I do not use it anymore. I would rate them as last among the three brands I own. I would rate rCup first.

    • rCup looks interesting, just wondering where did you buy it? From their official website? Thank you

      • I've been using my rCup for a week and it's great.
I got it from 7-11 for $15 which includes the first coffee free (compared to $22 retail from other stores) but you're limited to the two colours

It's definitely leak free and easy to drink from since you can drink from anywhere around the cup
