        as is the chinese tea.

peking duck is typically served as a 2 or 3 course item (as djones145 has also pointed out a few comments below).

    Whats the restaurant called? address?

    • deal lacks any substantial details. doesn't inspire any confidence in the deal. the whole site lacks deal details in general.

  • guess there is a dessert. and they count rice as well.

    edit:
    find it
These are all served with steamed rice. This also includes Chinese tea, Chinese sweets and fruit.

bluepages, please link directly to the deal in future. Thanks.

What a strange website. Trying to figure out what is meant by their slogan:

Why you pay for others? Free with us!!!!!

    • good ole chingrish.

Why would you pay extra for tea, sweets and fruit at other restaurants? They are free at ours!!!!

      • Why would you pay extra for tea

true for many yum cha restaurant @ brisbane(i.e. Chinahouse @ Chinatown, Shangrila @ sunnybank)

also sometimes you have to pay for condiments(chilli, soy sauces, etc)

  • very peculiar website mate

  • +1

wow looks a bit dodgy lol, anyone used this site before

  • also, 1 duck between 4 people which is then served 3 ways. lol you won't get much duck each course.

    • +1

prolly be skin for the wraps, the meat mixed with noodles
      and the bones make soup

    • There is usually not a lot of meat in duck, so don't get your hopes up.

As djones145 points out the meat is going to be shredded and then added into hokkien noodles

  • +3

your website has a bit of a ducked up design

  • there is a lot of fat in duck skin, even when cooked the skin in some parts can be like 2cm thick with most of that being fat! not for those who want to watch their weight…

Wow cool bargain, but I'd rather go to the local BBQ pork shop and pay more.

  • the photo used is life sized

lol.. look at the $1 deal section.. samsung laser printer for $1 .. and coincidentally.. out of stock..

  • r u kidding me. 1 duck between 4 people. It better be a huge duck…

    • How many servings for a Peking Duck normally?

  • hmmmm i dont like the website very much…

    somethings not right about it

  • can i neg these people? $69 for their 6 course meal?
what font do they use for chinese tea as a course?

font size 5??? they must think people other than chinese will be tricked into this

  • Sorry but this deal doesn't look all that special to me…

  • +2

Normally $69 a person for this??? Got to be kidding.

  • I wonder which restaurant in burwood this is.

    • I reckon. There are way too many Chinese restaurants in Burwood…

  • Haha iPhone 3GS for $100, ASUS EeePC for $59. BEST SITE EVAR.

  • Advertised site is complete fail. No real details, poor value too in what has been posted. Neg.

looks like a cheap way to try a number of different dishes that you might not otherwise be able to.

positive from me, and if i lived near i would definitely take advantage of.

    • Depends if theres a minimum no# people requirement for the 8 course meal.

  • dodgy as.
