    I've been paying for CC for years and my membership auto renews. Just logged into to check if I was able to change to this pricing, but auto renew looks to renew you for a yearly plan (paid monthly), rather than put you on month-to-month after the first year like a phone plan would. Sucks for people that rely on these products.

    • I’ve gone through the cancellation process just now @jeppetto367, which takes you to a page where you can see what other offers there are, keep your current subscription for free for 60 days, or importantly - connect with a chat representative.

      Connect with the chat rep, say you’re wanting to cancel as they don’t have a custom plan mix with the apps you want, and you’d prefer the 11/11 Super Sale offer they have on.

      Chat rep switched me over to this deal without a problem. They’ll cancel your current subscription at no charge, then put you on the deal.

      Still a bit of coin, but getting 40% off and saving $180 over the next year all for 5min work was worth it.

        Also when changing are you able to keep your data in the creative cloud?

    It’s still too expensive. Probably fine if it’s for your job, but individuals should get much better pricing

  • I just got off text chat and they sorted it for me too. Took a bit longer than expected as I am currently on the same deal from last year. I think it confused them. But they managed to cancel my current membership (which was due to expire in 2 weeks) and reactive it with this offer. Didn't lose any of my Adobe Portfolio or Library/Cloud files either. Thanks for the post OP! Legend.
