State a compulsary field when listing a bargain?

Hi,

It'd be really great to filter bargains easily (eg. "Show only NSW and National deals"). State (NSW, Vic etc) should be separate to the title and compulsory.

Also, postage should also be a compulsory field (for mail order items).

    For now please just tag NSW, Qld, Vic, etc. Those tags will be given special meanings later on.
