To get the $10 birthday voucher, sign up to the Love Your Body Club, and provide your birth date. On your birthday, log into your account to see your voucher. (They don’t notify you). It can be used on anything, so you can basically get anything $10 or under free.

How do I redeem my birthday Love Your Body Club voucher?

You can redeem your voucher at your local store or online. You don’t need to bring anything with you (apart from your member card if you have one) as your voucher will already be in our system ready to be redeemed.

If you wish to use your birthday voucher online, it will already be in your REWARDS section when you are at the checkout.

Offer Terms and Conditions:

If you have joined the Love Your Body Club programme and provided your birth date to us at least 48 hours prior to your birth date and made a purchase or placed an order online using your LYBC account in the 12 months prior to your birthdate, you will receive a Reward to the value of $10 during your birthday month. Birthday Rewards will expire after 1 month from the date of issue if unspent.

      I finally logged in and found I had a $10 voucher that expired 1 July 2018 :( It's a shame they never notified me.

    Thanks for that, my reward was sitting there. Not sure when they put it there but it's available until 1st January. Wish I'd know it was there when they had the free delivery on. You can use it online or instore or you can donate it.

      You can get the membership card instore for free. But you don't really need a card, just tell them you are a member and they add the points into your account (they verify using name/address usually).

    You can use the birthday voucher before your birthday as long as it’s during your birthday month. Came in handy when my $15 item suddenly became $5 last month

    I tried to use mine today but couldn't because a it cannot be used on 'sale items'….most of the store is on sale!

    It doesn't state this in the email either. I called customer service - they said they had recently changed the terms of use.
