I’ve been looking to pickup a very fast SD card but local Australian prices were just a bit much. This was recently at $159, it’s gradually come down to $139.96 delivered.

By the way, a quick sample comparison, DigiDirect is retailing this at $204.

  • Wondering why Sandisk doesn’t put V rating in these high ends? Might be only v30?

Given the number of classifications the SD association has they might have ran out of space on the label….

  • Are you serious? $140 for a 64GB SD card?! How special is it? Excuse of my ignorance.

    • +1

Is UHS-II. Faster reads and writes.

      it's fast.
it has advantage especially when u use a lot of bursts and 4K video recording

But can’t most high end cards do that too?

        • @cnut

yes they can (as in UHS-I cards), but the buffer limit will be reached quicker and therefore you'll have to wait longer until it clears up before you can take another picture/video.

    • +1

This is 300MB/s Rd and 260MB/s Wr vs 100MB/s and 60MB/s of most UHS-I.

    • Well, learn something new everyday… :)

  • Is $137.94 from a different seller, also fulfilled by Amazon.

I would rather take Amazon warranty then 3rd party on Amazon.
