  Seems there are only 3 lego sets listed on the website? Whats the range like in-store?

  Thursday till 6pm
  Saturday 9am - 5pm
  Sunday 9am - 5pm (sale time) Usually 10 - 4

  Wish I was in Perth for this.
  Although, I must add, calling yourself Australia's Leading Online Toy Store is a bit ambitious (fictitious even?) for a just opened store.

  @moo. Not before the sale ends, however if you call the store and speak with the manager, Im sure they can place one on order for you and possibly honour the 40% off.

  @schwinn, Yes I totally agree. This came from our Graphic designer who added this as a punchline, whilst we are striving to be the cheapest and biggest, as it Stands its quite fictitious. I'll have our graphic team amend that asap.

  As I mentioned in the Post, Our Store is what is having the SALE. The Online store is completely separate. Maybe I have not made this clear enough in the original post.
  @Draks006 - The sale has been advertised on TV here in Perth and has attracted people to the store purely to buy Lego, as a result we have sold out of this item.

  if you only have limited stock, you should at least have some way of easily listing what stock is left, so people dont waste a drive up to you, and find there is bugger all stock…

  making people have to phone to check stock levels is poor service….

  if you are going to advertise a big sale, make it easier for customers….

  it seems a bit lazy to have a sale, advertise it online, but you cant be bothered to list your stock on your online store ???

    i just got an email from toysrus announcing a 20-60% off lego sale for the next 4 days
    and their email lists what is for sale

    i understand they it is your BM store having the sale, but you need to make it easier for people to see what items you have for sale, otherwise its easier to go to a big chain store

  @Andrew 229. - ToysRUs are have 2 products that are 60% off. We have 40% off our entire range. We carry over 40 000 Different product lines and have not yet had a chance to populate the store with stock. There is no law that states we need every Product we sell Instore to be online (Just like ToysRUs Don't). Granted they stock more product on their Online Store, however we are a Small Pty Ltd Company starting out - Unlike a Major Chain Store with over 1000 staff. We still have ALOT of lego at 40% of Left instore and I dont see Target or BigW listing their Entire Product Levels Online at EACH store for customers to see. I dont believe a simple Phone Call to our store asking if we have a particular item left is Poor Service as the staff are happy to advise what we do have left before you take a drive to the store.

  Well, if you can get 2x 10212 imperial shuttles, 1x 10414 tower bridge and 1x millenium falcon I'll take them. Yes I can pay upfront if the 10212's & 10414 are special orders.

  I'm happy to call the store instead but you seem to be doing a good job here so thought I'd go through you….

  Well, I went there. I saved about $450. The manager went above and beyond to help me. Also the staff seemed friendly in general.

  Very happy.
