Immediately below "20% off everything" it states "Exclusions apply, see T&Cs."
The issue is there's no link to the t&c's and exclusions are fine but the offer in the t&c's is different. 20% off everything is advertised but is actually 20% off full price (with exclusions as advertised) . That's a big difference.
Got stung by this last year. Thought 20% was their best offering and then right around Xmas, they came out with 30%.
Edit - oh, and watch the free shipping - it changes when the discounts are applying. Have to keep an eye on it right up until the last.
I give the body shop a negative for false advertising. On the home page it says 20% OFF EVERYTHING no * after it and no link to T's and C's but when u track down the T's and C's its actually 20% off full frice items excluding some other items. How is that everything??
