    Just sauce. Raw sauce.

I recommend this. Red is hot and great, but the green is excellent if you like a bit more sauce and a bit less ooomph

I have only ever had the Huy Fong made in USA red chilli on the left. If you have previous experience with Flying Goose Thailand green chilli, please share your thoughts. In particular, what's the quality like? Thanks.

    • I’m interested to know too. TIA

    • I always have a bottle of this green sriracha to go with the bottles of red and mayo.

The green is nowhere near the heat of the red but it tastes great. I put it on enchiladas and other Mexican dishes mainly

I got fooled the first time with the flying goose brand, red sriracha version, Purchased two large ones from Costco and after trying it realised and handed to my parents who are not picky, lol. To me it had a bit of a fishy/ fish sauce smell in comparison to the O.G Huy Fong version.

I've tried the Flying Goose red chilli and it was roughly half as spicy as Huy Fong. Never buying it again

  • The deception skills of Flying Goose are commendable - the bottle style and shape, lid colour, font style - everything copies the Huy Fong brand with the sole intention of confusing you into thinking you are buying the Huy Fong brand.

Imagine if a Thai soft drink company did this with Coke? 😎

  • I used to love this stuff. Then i started getting heart burn/acid reflux, which put a stop to all spicy foods :(

  • The green is definitely milder as all have mentioned, but still very tasty. A little sweeter too. I have it on everything haha

  • Problem with chilli sauce in colesworth is their sugar content. This has 3x the amount of sugar vs Coke. Other brands of chilli sauce in colesworth have even more sugar at 5x the amount of sugar vs coke .

Don't drink it like coke, it's a sauce for heaven's sake!
Btw do you know sugar has more sugar content than coke… That doesn't stop you from buying sugar does it?

Tbh..the type of green shade puts me off…

    • I hear you, I have the same problem.

  • Shame about the MSG factor

    • Why? Are you worried about getting a headache?

  • I have a child with asthma so not looking to purchase anything with MSG
