Have been eyeing off this set for my young boy prior to Christmas and its recently dropped in price to a new low of $72.90 from high of $149.99 few weeks ago according to Camel Camel Camel.

      Got into it after my son started getting into them. Then I got into it. Hundreds of dollars later…I've amassed quite a few blades and now they're untouched. We only ever bothered with Burst and Burst Evolution. My personal favourite is Spryzen Requiem - smashed all iterations of my son's Valtryek. The only one that lasts longer is Deep Caynox. Crazy endurance on that one and just out-spins everything.

        My daughter yesterday out of nowhere said she NEEDED a beyblade (she just started school) so this would have been great.

            @Gehirn: Yeah our current plan is for her to save up with pocket money to buy one, but this would be a cool gift for later. I'm pretty sure they'd get wrecked fast in the schoolyard.
