Hello, I am considering buying a refurbished iPhone from either Green Gadgets or Loop Mobile. In terms of price, the only difference would be around $50.
Just want to hear people experience if you bought any devices from Green Gadgets or Loop Mobile.
Also going to buy from Green Gadgets (As New) device and Loop Mobile (Pristine) device.

I’ve bought an Optus modem from green gadgets and had a pretty bad experience. They advertised the product as NEW NEVER USED. And when it arrived the seal was broken and the SIM card was missing. I then contacted them and they said “it’s a refurbished product in pristine condition. And I told them about the condition it was listed in and they said we sell refurbished products and refused to at least compensate me despite it being listed as NEW NEVER USED. Their customer service is questionable to say the least so I recommend getting the iPhone from Loop Mobile if you want to have a smooth experience.
Why did you buy from a refurbished seller if you wanted sealed in box? They can offer discounts because they sell sims separately, or split up bonus accessories etc.
You got an unused device, and a discount to RRP, so not sure what compensation you should receive?
Well guess what? The listing advertised it coming with a SIM card. Doesn’t mean that when a seller sells refurbished item they can’t sell new items. It was advertised as a item that is NEW NEVER USED and I got a used item.

We can assure you that the modem your purchased is new, however as the seal was broken, it was advertised as ‘New Never Used’ as compared to being a ‘Brand New’ device which is still sealed. Our apologies for the missing SIM card and if this was not received, our team would have been able to assist you with a SIM for you to use.
Please note, our devices come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee and your modem also came with 6 months warranty against defects. If you were not satisfied with the modem, you have the option to return the device to us for a refund or replacement.

Your customer service team literally told me it was a refurbished product so I call BS and in the end just send me the SIM card but absolutely refused to give me a partial refund for not advertising it correctly.
