I'm trying to withdraw from Cash Rewards and I get as far as opening the pop up window that starts the process but the "Continue" button is not clickable. The misnamed "We are here to help" contact pages do not offer any way to do anything other than click on a transaction you're having an issue with; no way to send a message, no way to email, no way to call.
Can anybody tell me the secret to getting in touch with them?

check your account settings, make sure you have an up-to-date linked account to withdraw your money into

Click on your account at the top right hand corner > Help > Contact Us (bottom of the page).
If none of these links work for you, your browser/extensions must be blocking them. Try incognito mode.
Have enabled pop ups in Chrome (and tried Edge too), don't have an adblocker extension, tried in incognito mode and still the button is not clickable. Its not my first withdrawl, have done many previously without issue.
The support ticket link above just takes me to the standard contact page that has no way to submit an enquiry that doesn't relate to a specified transaction.
I can now see a Chat facility. Have used it and after a frustrating 'conversation' with a BOT I got an email address out of it. For anybody reading this later with the same problem of not being able to contact CR it's [email protected].
