Don't forget the extra time needed to clean/wash/dry the reusable nappies.
Was just going to say this.. it will eat up an extra 2 hours a week of extra cleaning.. and multipy that by 2.5 years.. and that's the equivalent working full time for a month with you just washing nappies.

Babies / people are much worse for the environment than a disposable nappy, so there's always that argument if someone gives you a hard time.
Good deal, and cannot agree more. You need to pay for the electricity, water, liquid/powder, bamboo lining and depreciation of the absorber too.
However, finished nappy pant will be gone landfill, this is causing another big environment problem, the kids and us are all need to pay the bill. If you have time and you can create a routine to do it - I will choose re-useable type for higher priority.
Pretty much this. Multiplied by how much you're paid per hour and the cost is definitely higher on the disposable nappies side. Not to mention time is a premium when you have a baby especially before they start childcare.
