    • Hi , is this extension/hose compatible with EasyAquatak?

Not sure which one are working for this model.

  • It should only be good enough for car/bike wash.

    • +1

It has basically the same specs as the Karcher K2 and I have used that to clean paths, tiles, etc. perfectly fine. Will obviously take longer though than something with more power as you need to hold it closer. If you are planning to regularly clean a long driveway get a petrol powered washer instead.

Digging some review online, seems not that not that powerful for 1500w motor, but thanks for your input.

Is this good enough to powerwash my 37km concrete driveway?

    • +8

Had the same Qs. Got any deals for 36994m hose?

      • -3

        37KM?

        • Not quite. Optional 6m gun attachment hose, therefore covering 37km.

          • +1

@strangeloops66: what a long gun! nearly as long as my gun, which is 6.1 m

    • +7

      37km? No.

      36.5km? Yes.

    • You're you going to be there for a long time. Rent a proper one

    • Try the El Nino branded one, your driveway will be gone in a minute.

    • Mate you need to move house

  • In one of the pictures it looks like it's hooked up to a tank instead of a hose. I don't have a hose outlet, but do have a pressure washer (from before when I did have a hose outlet), anyone know where I can get a tank like that?

    • +1

It's just a water jerry can like one of these: https://www.bunnings.com.au/products/outdoor-living/picnicwa…

      • Thanks, so the pressure washer will "draw" from that as opposed to the hose outlet that is pressurised?

        • -2

theres plenty of photos on the listing of it using a hose too

          • @Noophe: I know that a pressure washer can use a hose and hose outlet. I have one. I was just trying to determine if it could use a non-pressurised water source, like a tank.

            • @SaddenAscentAspirin: I think you will need the Bosch Self Priming Kit for AQT High Pressure Washer Models. Amazon has it for $35.70.

        • +1

Yes - You might have to hold the water can higher than the machine temporarily to get the pump primed to begin with though

          • @fullspend: Cool, thanks. Guess I don't have an excuse to not clean my balcony now.

            • @SaddenAscentAspirin: You might want to test the theory with a bucket of water before buying a can on the off chance that your washer cant prime its own pump without mains pressure

            • @SaddenAscentAspirin: You can use any water source in a smilier manner (eg buckets) just be warned with buckets and make sure your hose doesn't drop out. Plus with a bucket you'd have to refill it. Just make sure the unit can do it fwithout mains pressure

I'm in a similar situation as you and it will do an okay job but man you'd kill for just a regular hose connection!

              • @Gunnar: I believed if you would need the Bosch Self Priming Kit for AQT High Pressure Washer for using water tanks

  • You need the hose extension.

which one is better this one or the one below

    • Keen to know as well please if anyone with experience can share. Thabk you!

If you can choose bosh in Australia, you can't choose it. It is very troublesome to repair because of return and exchange. I have an Aquatak 140 that can still be used, but if it is broken, I need to order parts abroad and wait for a long time before repairing it myself. I've looked for multiple bosh's and a huge bosh in clayton that couldn't be repaired. So try to choose other brands.

This seems to be a good option as well..

    • Is this good or any other brand on Amazon?

  • -8

DO NOT BUY!!! Not as good as a $300 - $500 pressure washer. Buy a more expensive pressure washer for a better quality and life affirming experience.

    • +15

What?!?! An $80 pressure washer isn't as good as a $300 - $500 one??? The shock! The horror!

also does the standard package comes with the long handle kind of gun thingie?

mean's with the additional checkout discount, it basically covers the cost of the hose so almost free…

      • But the discount is $20 and the hose is $50?

        Thanks

        • Select sold by Amazon AU. The $50 one is from UK. AU one appears to be $27.99 and on back order.

        • There was a $30 with additional 15% discount, but as above OOS now
