This hack is back and I can confirm it works. Tested a couple of stores in surrounding postcodes 3000, 5000 and the Sydney Central store. Managed to get to the payment screen where majority had issue yesterday

  1. Add Mixed Feast to the cart
  2. $6.95 add on for 6 boneless hot & crispy will show up, select that
  3. Remove the Mixed Feast and your cart total will be $6.95

Edit: App is not required as per the comments

Keep in mind the following expiry date for the deal

The menu item will only be available until November 28 for residents in Queensland, Western Australia and Northern Territory.

But for NSW, Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia, Hot & Crispy Boneless is here to stay.

      Yea and tiny. I got the new zinger box with it and they were pretty small compared to what they were ages ago. I might’ve been unlucky though

        might want to check what part of the chicken it’s from …..they might be small because they are boned wings …… they ran out of boneless once and offered me wings ….when i asked about it they said same meat just boned , that would explain the small size of the pieces ….

      quite spicy by white people standards. i wouldn't say it's "Hot" though.

      I think it's the same spice used in wicked wings, but 2-3x more intense. It's sort of like Kettle's Chilli flavour, you could feel the spice and the heat, but it's definitely not "hot".

    If it doesn’t appear on your app, try to switch to different store which has it, then switch back to your required store.

    Eg, I did pick up at Niddrie, I added it to cart (via OP method), then I switched store to Flemington and it stayed in cart.

    Tried this today, sizing was smaller than last year as there was more batter. Might be store specific but it was not as hot or crispy and there was a rubbery or plasticy feel and taste.

    Okay for the price but you can get much better chicken from one of the korean fried chicken places.

    It was 10 pieces Hot & Spicy for $10.95 - in QLD so dunno if we're stingier or was a glut in chicken/coating or what.

      It's luck of the draw really, pieces I got were both decent size and crispy. Certainly wasn't the case last year…

      Might be store dependant too whether you get good pieces or not.

      Still let me checkout, but I ordered in the drive-thru instead just earlier (lady said it's a one-day only deal lol). Very surprised about the pieces this time around (I actually negged one of the deals for this last year), decent size, crispy and juicy chicken. Well worth with the free chips and drink.

    Just did it myself today, then I pressed 1+ or whatever and it added another 6pck for 6.95, then grabbed the hidden menu and added the zinger stacker wrap or whatever it was, couldnt find sauce to add on the app so walked in and asked for 5 super charged sauces, told $2 when expected 2.50, got charged 2.50 for sauces and then found there was 6 in the bag, same girl gave me a beautiful smile when my 12 Hotspicy and Zinger wrap she handed to me.

    Edit. Just went and grabbed 2 out of the fridge and there was still 8(including the 2 I grabbed) I could have sworn I ate more than 4 whilst travelling today.

    Doesn't work on Gold Coast, only gives option to add 5x original tenders for $6.95. Also the hack with 'cheap as chips' to add 6 pieces for $7.95 doesn't work anymore
