  • errr sorry to say this….but it still is the same as any 8gb chinese one you might find on ebay, instead it has an aldi warrantry which doesnt really mean much…still a rip off

  • Lol ><
many of the ones on ebay are just unbranded crap. I was hoping this one was better.. :(

Anyway, do you think its worth buying it? I think its real name is Ramos RM975. Here are some pictures of Ramos RM975. http://www.allpmp.net/redirect.php?tid=2154&goto=lastpost

It looks pretty similar to the Aldi photo. Also, in the aldi picture, if you look at the earphones, you can see "Ramos" written on them.

  • The $99 iPod from Catch of the Day on Wednesday this week coming is where I'd be putting my money..
Or hanging out for another deal on an 8Gb Samsung T10.. if there ever is one!!

  • Meh samsung t10 and the $99 ipod nano, are both for music. This one is more for video i think.

  • Wonder what the battery life on this thing is like. I bought a chinese iPod touch clone a few months back — the battery is nearly dead after 5 months of heavy use.

But this is quite a good price, for 8 GB. Ramos is still a chinese brand, though.

  • So where are Ipods made these days?

    • good point… China of course!

  • RIP OFF! this is cheap crap, can find better deals elsewhere.

    NEGATIVO!

  • "Im expecting this to be a tad bit better than ebay chinese mp4 players"

Dude! You got issues with made in China MP4 players?…guess where are nearly all "GOOD MP4 players" made in (Iphone/Ipod Thouch, etc)

could you remove that comment? quite racist….

    • Hi all. Does anyone know if this model will allow me to scroll thru songlists while listening to a song. My daughter says her Iriver doesn't allow that. I need to check that for her too, anyone have comments on that?

    • Indeed they are likely all made in China, however there's "made in china" and then there's "made in china - for a corporation with strict quality controls" ;).
