What is that mysterious white powder they sprinkle on them?

    It is addictive…

    • +1

      smoke-caine…

      hope you enjoyed that

      • Should call it Franco Chorizzo

    • +2

it's natural white mold, penicillin based, it's part of sausage curing process

it tastes good and is good for you, doctor says! and he's a Collingwood supporter so I trust him!

    • magic fungi

  • what's the normal price? aren't these normally $5 or more each

    • +1

At least $3, but the primo ones were like $5 or $6

    • I think I normally see them around $3.30 or maybe $3.50, still a good quality chorizo and I'd prefer it to the Primo stuff

  • yes love them spicy pies

long pastry free spicy pies? nice great for footie night lol

probably better in a paella, or wurst case scenario added to fried riece

I love them chorizo cut up thin and fried with cubes of haloumi and egg. yuuuuum

fried rice also fantastic use for this

No!!!!!!!!! Paella doesn't have chorizo in it! The whole of Spain is now rolling their eyes.

        • my school cantine one did :P Its a nice counterweight to the seafood too

(i didnt down vote you, i had totally forgotten that point, sorry spain :P )

  • Taste anything like real Spanish chorizo or similar to the primo crap?

    • I think it’s not bad actually, a little drier and better texture than the primo mush

      • i found the chili too harsh raw, i wonder if it is designed to be cooked (??)

  • is it just pork or do they add beef too?

    • Just pork

      • I'm surprised they still allow this.

        • +1

Allow beef being added? Agree, that's not a chorizo.

  • yada yada yada yada

    hentai!

  • do you need to cook them, or can you eat them as is like salami?

    • cook it to be safe than eat raw

      • its designed to be eaten raw, its cured just like salami, ham ect

    • you can eat raw

Guessing they arrived at work and noticed some weird white residue had developed on them and instead of throwing them out with gloves on, chose to sell them for a buck each. Ouch. There's an old hot dog at the Kwiki-mart for you when you've gobbled those down.

  • I would buy them all if I was there

  • +1

That actually looks like a proper chorizo, not the normal crap we get here.

  • cariogenic ham…

  • would smash all these in a hearbeat

  • Pigs are so cute why are people killing them?????
    Just wound them for some
get some more when they get healed?

    • yeah they are smart animals too, I feel sorry when i buy pork, c'est la vie
(if its any consolation i also eat rabbits, snakes, horses, goats, i believe i may have eaten cat or dog by accident)
