Last time I ordered from Meritline, I only received 3/5 of the items I ordered (the LED key-chains) and one of them was broken … Not really impressed but for the prices I'm paying, I guess it's fair to not get what I ordered.
Gonna roll the dice and hope I get my toothpaste squeezer.
I've had quite a few defective items (2 or 3 separate orders) from Meritline. I contacted them with the item code and my order number and a description of the fault and they replaced the item without question and shipped it straight out to me - I did not need to send back any of the faulty items.
I only buy cheap stuff though, so it might not be so easy with expensive items.
Maybe you can try this with your defective items?
I tried, I kept getting an (automated?) response regarding customs and order number, made a few replies but gave up at some point.

Yay I finally got one of these Toothpaste Squeezer's. They are usually sold out by the time I get up in the morning.

The deal emails come through at around 9:00pm, so you can snag the cheap stuff before everyone wakes up next morning.
Once you snag a deal then you are on the mailing list anyway, so it make very little difference to your spam level..
But then if you do that for all dealers, you lose the fun in checking OZB!
And that will make everyone selfish - OZB is good, its sharing and caring :-)

While we love OzB, these are limited deals and as more know about Meritline, often if you wait for it to be posted here, you will miss out.
I've got one of the toothpaste squeezes from Meritline.
They are excellent.
So handy to always have the tube perfectly rolled and hanging on the mirror ready to go.
