AmEx with Immediate Access to Card Use?

Does anyone know if Amex Australia has any card where, following approval, the card can number is available and can be used for digital purchases?

I can find reference to it on the us site but unsure on cards supplied here.

      I may or may not be one of those :)

      While the ticket prices are freaking idiotic, the ratio of ticket price to brownie points is trading at a price to earnings ratio that would make Tesla look like your corner pizza shop ;)

        You know the Amex pre-sale is only for VIP packages and not general tickets, right?

          No, was not aware of that limitation. Thought it was random subset of tickets like other presales

          I'm not proud of the fact I've been tasked with trying to get Taylor Swift tickets , and I absolutely refuse to pay stupid VIP prices ..just trying to up the chances for future 'remember when I got you tickets' brownie pay back points :)

              @sumyungguy: I thought that was due to the various other over priced VIP ticket packages, of which that was just two

              Vagueish wording I guess as it doesn't necessarily exclude general level overpriced tickets.

                @SBOB: I'm not a lawyer, but I don't see how that wording is vague? To get ahead of the general sale date, become a Crown member and/or become a Frontier member.

                    @SBOB: Seems to have been withdrawn, maybe too much negative coverage around the tie-in with Crown. My Ticketek email stated: Crown and Frontier Member pre-sale: Wed 28 Jun

    You may as well make a ticketek account now since Amex will send you to their website from their own.

    Wife is resolved to buying 2x It's A Long Time Coming packages on Monday.
