Your code might only work on selected Galaxy Products (ie. mine only works on the Fold/Flip and not the Tabs)
@RichardL: oh, i don't think you've got the unique code applied, that's just the "original" $200 trade-in bonus. The code should show up in a little bubble next to "UNFOLD" if it was applied.

SM1- is most likely the code you generated from the Samsung Members App (and doesn't work in the EDU Store).
@RichardL: @RichardL - I have got the code starting with SM1 but unfortunately unable to use it on EPP. Could you please let me know if the loyalty code has sent by samsung directly or by trade-in(asurion)? I checked with samsung customer support and was told there will not be any codes which can be applied on epp portals. Hence would like to know if there is a way how can we request for loyalty codes starting with CVM, so that we can use on epp?

Don't think it's possible to request the code as it's only sent to 'eligible recipients'.
@RichardL: Its awesome you were able to stack both codes. On the regular samsung store, the SM1 code (for me anyhow) only either offered Galaxy Buds 2 Pro or the bonus $$ for trading in .. not both.
I got a $50 bonus trade-in. So i think its different value and targetted.
I also only got the $50 code. Shame as I have the S23U so I'm pretty sure I'm eligible for "loyalty customer"

Previously you could. But once done it blacklists the phone from future trade ins if you don't go through with the trade in. From memory a $60 fee is charged for non return. YMMV

Warning to anybody thinking about getting the foldables. I have a Z Fold 4 (purchased on relase) and its a nice phone but the repeated fold actions makes the screen protector peel off within 6-7 months or even less. It is under warranty and I had mine replaced yesterday via Samsung and it is already starting to bubble up. Using it without the main screen protector is a huge risk so yes the novelty is there but the hinge design and fold mechanism is yet to be perfected by Samsung. Buy one at your own risk.
Yes… I had similar experience with Flip 3 and Flip 4. Really annoying when the protector starts to lift at the hinge and make cracking noises. 1 day turn around if you can drop it off at a physical store because they use a machine to apply the protector and requires "setting" overnight is what I was told.
Wish I knew that but I wasn't made aware. To make matters worse it started to stuff up pretty quickly once I brought it back home.

They come with fancy layers like a bandaid so you wont get bubbles and get a precision fit
this isnt a big of a deal you make it out to be

Was able to purchase the flip5 in education store for $589.20. Breakdown is $1,319.20 (discounted price) - $200 (unique loyalty bonus) - $100 (trade in bonus using code UNFOLD) - $100 (another trade-in bonus for pre-registering) - $330 (trading in my S21 ultra). Very happy with the deal and hope it does not disappoint.

There was an email about the unpack prior to release and asked you register. Actually now that I think about it, that could be the UNFOLD code in regards to the pre-register and there is a further $100 trade-in bonus as a bonus value along with samsung care+ on the website.

They charge the TIB back as well. Not worth it. Used to be able to do that. Maybe just find a cheap phone on the fb marketplace
