Looks like 249 to me? Maybe a pricing error

Try promo code: NIKE40 at checkout and price should drop to $149.40 + $9.50 (shipping)

      • Thanks, didnt see that this morning

  • I like Saucony running shoes, but their colourways are mostly always questionable. These ones aren't as bad as most but don't expect people asking you were you got your kicks. I'll probably pick these up so +1

Yeah but they are more marketed as a serious running shoe, leave the fashion shoes for Nikes.

      • *Adidas
Nike make very serious running shoes

        • +1

Nikes variety currently do have some serious running shoes but majority of them vary. Though, if you're talking the training marathon vs around the block creek run, they're both going to differ. Like Nike Pegs for marathon training personally wouldn't be ideal compared to these. Sure, I'd run in Alphas on marathon day, but to train a marathon, I'd choose to Saucony Triumphs over any other nikes.

          • @Beezum: I run half my weekly miles in Pegs, such a solid shoe

        • *Nike

Adidas have a top tier running shoe lineup right now, arguably the best. With the exception of their race day shoes, Nike are pretty average overall.

Thanks OP, been keeping an eye out for a good price on these. Awesome daily trainer/long-run shoe

Want this shoe at this price, but not that color :P

  • Just purchased for daily/long run.

Looking for a pair ideal for speed run/tempo/ interval. Any recommendations?

    • Saucony Endorphin Speed 3 are great for those workouts as it is, and especially if you get on with the Triumph. Great pair.

Otherwise, I'd recommend Adidas Takumi Sen 9 (or Boston 12 for more versatile but less outright speed focus) and Puma Deviate Nitro 2.

    • Theres a reason the triumphs sit ontop of the ranging for saucony. It hits all you're after and thats why they're known as on the high tiers of marathon training shoes. My advice is try the triumphs first. Walk into any running store (running warehouse/athletes foot etc), and they'll recommend triumphs as top of the line for running.

      • Thanks, will do. This will be my first saucony pair
