I also found that they also have an app to gain more cashback from buying QV products from their approved retailer (their own online shop is, of course, on the list):

We'll receive 1 stamp for every $5 spent (or 2 Stamps for the first 30 days if you're new) and once we reach 10 stamps, we can claim $5 cashback into our bank account (so it works out to almost 10% for longer term as they rounded down to multiple of $5). Need to download their QV Rewards app and create an account (unfortunately it uses different account system than their online shop, so you have to create another account with them). If you don't have QV Rewards account, don't forget to use the random referral box below to earn 4 free stamps (need to click the link on a mobile).

There are 2 ways to claim the stamps:

1. For in-store purchase, you can upload the receipt via their app.
2. For online purchase like the deal above, you need to forward the online invoice to [email protected]

    How long did it take for you to get a reply? I forwarded my order confirmation as the app says but nothing so far several days later. Still waiting for my order shipping notification too though.

      The same invoice, I uploaded three times with different screenshots.
      1. uploaded on 26/10, replied on 27/10
      2. uploaded on 27/10, replied today
      3. uploaded on 27/10, replied today - unfortunately, we cannot accept screenshots of online receipts as the purchase date is not visible. for online receipt please email to [email protected]

        I put it in the description that you need to email for online purchase. I just forwarded their tax invoice (with happened to be same email address that I used for both, but otherwise, you can just tell them what's ur QV rewards email to claim the stamps). The email will have the date.

  For people who emailed their invoice, how long did it take them to get back to you? I ordered and emailed around 5 days ago. Haven't heard since.

    I didn't get back any response (in the email) if that's the question. But got notification in the app, about 1-2 days later that my stamps has been credited and I could claim $5 back

          @hanofee: Yes, that’s what it sounds like from this update I received a week after my order:

          Dear Customer,

          We are writing to let you know that your current Ego eshop order has been delayed.

          We are experiencing shipping delays due to the large volume of orders. Please be assured that your order has been placed and we are doing everything we can to dispatch your order as soon as possible…

          Nothing at all in relation to the rewards though (app or email), maybe that only gets processed after the order is shipped?

            @fraxinus: Not sure, but I received same email and haven’t got my order either, yet got my stamps the day after I sent email. Maybe because I submitted my rewards claim early (on 1st day of sale)

  Sorry, old-ish thread, but any idea how far back you can claim receipts, please? I have online Chemist Warehouse receipts for years of purchasing QV products.

  Its been 3 weeks since i claimed my cashback from stamps but nothing in the bank. How long does it take? I hv also emailed them about this but no response yet
