Big W via mydeal cancelled my order despite there being stock in my local big W.
Which was very annoying because now I only have 1 of the 3 Lego botanical gardens required to build a modular MOC. And I only bought them because they were like $60 each on black friday. Now I've got to return the one purchased direct from big W that they didn't cancel.
They cancelled part of my order on MyDeal recently too. My assumption is that when you order from Big W on MyDeal for multiple items the order gets sent to one Big W store and if that store doesn't have everything in your order, then they just cancel the bits they don't have, rather than source stock from other stores (potentially messing up the cashback and still paying the same delivery fee for less items).
Happy to be corrected though if someone knows officially.
