Phillips Hue Bridge

Hey everyone
Just wondering if this is normal

My Hue Bridge has 3 blue lights and one circle light.

Out of the 3 blue lights, the one of the right is brighter then the left and middle one.

This normal?

After you power-cycle, is it functioning normally?

  It seems to be working fine just the 3 lights on it with the right one being brighter then the left and middle light. The left and middle light are the same brightness
