Yep, I got the same message. Looks like it has expired.
I bought one of these from some deal site earlier this year. It's horrible. Android didn't recognise it as bluetooth headphones, just a headset, meaning audio only comes out of one side. Put my phone in my pocket and the headset would stop receiving the bluetooth signal. Just a cheap crappy product. I tried to return it but they screwed me around long enough that I gave up. This is not any reflection on the seller of this deal … just my experience :)
I realise the deal is expired now, but just in case anyone is reading this to find out about the product!
Just received the 2 of these I ordered, and they seem to run a headset only Bluetooth profile and not stereo headphones (A2DP). I've tried on phones and tablets I know do A2DP, but the tmart device won't play media…anyone else seeing this behaviour?

How does this work?? Instructions are telling me to press the "bluetooth key", where is this BT key?? Also instructions describe the "sniff and hold mode"… interesting!!

Flash news: useless device as it isn't recognized as a headset for music but only as and earpiece. Basically: you can't use it for music, only for calls. USELESS.

I got a bubble wrap I can use for Christmas gift wrapping lol. Received it today.I was actually pressing on the Bluetooth logo without being able to figure out where is the button.

Considering this device was promoted as a "Media headset MP3 player" "with BlueTooth function" - only that it is a headset (won't fit my head!) & it does have limited (mono?) bluetooth function is factual.
Certainly there is no way this is a MP3 player.
But it is repeatedly referred to as a MP3 player.
eg "Link for the MP3 player:" & "The MP3 Player uses Li - Po battery"
Very deceptive of Tmart in my opinion!
$6 x many purchasers… (2489 clicks)… not happy!
There is a big difference between a crap product & a (probably) deceptively promoted crap product!
Will investigate possible actions. PayPal dispute is very possible.
If Tmart deceived us, as I think they did, they should not be allowed to post on OzBargain.

Stores? Plays music files? Not on this 'MP3 player'.
Its only a BlueTooth headset for someone with above average hearing in a quiet place (low maximum volume), who likes poor quality sound, has a smaller head than mine (earplugs won't go in both ears at same time), doesn't mind bits of plastic falling out of the unit, and unit is not compatible with most music players on phones - restricting use to operating as a mono Phone Headset without the usual convenience of a mic.
Tmart's site states "Enjoy your music anywhere with this portable MP3 player!"
Under details tab, it shows this 'MP3 player' alongside other common MP3 players & gives helpful tips on "How to Choose MP3 Players"!!
as for "Separated earphone jack and power jack" - does not have an earphone jack
and that gushing customer feedback (5 stars)??
That is not what we were sold.

Received mine today, ordered 4 pairs and they all are the same. Junk. Cannot play mp3s and is detected as a mono headset. Pressing the "play" button on the headphones activates voice dialing. Did I mention this is JUNK!!.
Already reversed my Paypal payments to Tmart. Won't be buying from them again. Ever.
Opened my first PayPal dispute & requested reversal as "item is significantly different to the item that was described" - a MP3 Player. NEVER AGAIN Tmart!

I had 2 orders for these headphones, one with a single pair and another with 3 pairs. T-Mart has refunded the cost of the single pair in full but wants me to send the remaining order back to a Hong Kong address (Cheapest registered mail is AU$53) which Tmart won't cover. Escalated my PayPal claim to a dispute for the full $40 back.

I Have already opened a PayPal dispute with you and we have progressed to a stalemate. The problem is I bought this product from T-Mart and it was shipped from the USA. In order to get my $30 refund you have told me I now have to return these items to you at my expense, by registered post, to Hong Kong? My expense for this is $53!! I am not posting something worth $30 back to you at a cost of $53 to me which is non-refundable. That is just stupid. When this package arrives I am just going to refuse it from the courier and it will be "Returned to sender" to where ever it was posted from.
Tmart have been in discussions with the mods
Their account (leftdrop) has been unbanned, as this stopped them from posting in this thread. (Their store is still banned)
They say they will be working on a solution and posting that on Monday.
The actions you wish to take are yours, wait, open Paypal dispute (which has worked for some above) or other.

Having your customers return these "items" to you at our expense is also aggravating. For me to return these "items" to you in order to get a refund through Paypal, I have to use registered post. I have to send 3 Items back to you and it will cost me considerably more than than I paid for them in order to get a refund. To spend $50 non-refundable to get a $30 refund is madness.
