Some Volleys are on special from $19.99.

Men's and Women's sizes are shown. Apparently they are shock absorbing now, I don't remember that feature from my younger days. Don't miss the opportunity to buy your children some VB collab shoes.

Except I don't want to provide free advertising on my shoes.

    Yikes

Better to remain silent and risk being thought a fool than to wear VB branded Dunlop volleys and remove all doubt.

  • Very few sizes available.

Dunlop sold off volleys to private equity. These are basically cheap knock offs.

    • yeah - they've been arse since late 90s/early 00s

      same with KT-26s

I bought a pair Volleys for the first time around 2010 based on their reputation for being very grippy. I found them slippery on wet pavement after it had rained.

yeh nah….dont need vegemite and VB on my shoes, ta!

looks very uncomfortable on the sole

  • +1

    Aw man, I know I shouldn't like these, but I do :(

      its ok. someone has to….

  • I bought a pair of Heritage during the boxing day sales for $53, and they tore where the coloured tab connects to the fake leather at the back of the shoe.

I wasn't exactly expecting great quality from this brand, but this was a new low.

Now that they're glued back together with shoe goo, how flat they are does make them pretty good for lifting at the gym. I do question the shock absorbing claims, they're pretty uncomfortable and I wouldn't wear them for any activity that requires much walking around.

Proud VB connoisseur here…I got a couple of pairs of the VB edition a year or so ago when they were giving away merch credits with each carton purchase. Have to say, they are extremely comfy shoes and quite robust. I wore them for a few weeks on a project at a large technical centre & warehouse, never got sore feet despite being up & mobile all day.

Screw the haters, if you love the finest thing to come out of Victoria besides S K Warne and value comfy shoes, get a pair of these!

Yep I've had my pair for well over a year and they get worn most weekends and are still super comfy

  • Are they long bay jail certified?

    • How do you know what shoes they wear in Long Bay?

The guy who made my number plates told me

Just gotta remove the shoe laces

Maaan I remember when I bought the VB ones for a gift for a family member (it's the perfect 'festival' sort of wear for the younger crowd who like this bogan dad stuff ironically).

I got it on launch at midday or whenever they launched it, thinking it would be a rare sort of limited thing (they did advertise it like this) for about $100.

Now everyone has them and they're super cheap.

      username does NOT checkout

      • +1

Yeah, I thought they'd be the sort of thing that would sell out within hours but instead they've been hanging around for years and their definition of 'Limited' seems to be a bit loose.

  • Grabbed a pair of the low Vegemite for a mate. They can be combined with the $10 sign up voucher.

    • Thanks, that pushed me over the edge, got a few pairs.
Regardless of how they look, as a person that likes ‘barefoot running’ these are great to use to simulate that on roads.
