Seems like the pricing has been updated since November, and it is now definitely better compared to the last post.

I only have access to the offer for Commbank Everyday Plus for 35% off the nbn plan. I contacted customer service and had the unique code applied to my account manually.

See table below for the definitions of Commbank Yello Everyday, Everyday Plus and Homeowner as well as the pricing with 35% off. Offer runs until 30th June 2024.

If you’re an eligible CommBank Yello customer:

  • Open the CommBank app and tap ‘CBA Yello’ on the bottom right corner
  • Scroll to ‘Offers’ and tap ‘View all’
  • Scroll through ‘Our top picks’ to find your More offer, then tap on ‘View details’
  • Tap ‘Copy code & claim’ and follow the prompts on More’s website
  • Use a CommBank credit or debit card as your payment method at checkout

      It shouldn't be.

      I moved from everyday to everyday+ (with qualifying transactions made 20 days ago). My 30% off code disappeared but the 35% still hasn't come.

        Same. Had 30% and got ED+ this month, all offers got cleared and just starting to return now. No more more anymore. Took a screenshot of 30% code, but I also want to use the (apparent) $15 mobile discount, unsure if same as 35% nbn code. Can wait until early next month, otherwise I'll be asking where the offer code given 30 June expiry.

  • Check your email inbox. A few weeks back, I got an email from CommBank with the discount code.

    It seems this deal is now easier to apply for existing More costumers, without having to cancel and reconnect. I just went on to live chat to do this, and there were automated choices to select "CommBank Yello" and then "How do apply my code to my existing account?". Customer service then confirmed my identity and applied to code to my existing service.

    • Thanks, I was knocked back a couple of times previously, then gave up. This was sorted in under 5mins.

      More offer 20% for any CBA customer, or you could perhaps get 30% discount if you sub via More Business NBN page, which should not require any Yello code. Business doesn't offer lower speed tiers than 100/20, and they may require an ABN etc (I didn't complete the full process). Prices for Biz plans appeared same as personal but, they mention changing by/on 28 May (100/20 will be gone, and 100/40 is increasing).

      BEWARE: I don't know if they conduct a BIN/IIN check on your payment method once/monthly, because T&C clearly require you to use a CBA payment method to get the 20/30% ongoing discount.

      It's not pro rata refund, so I think it's a couple of days before the billing cycle. Best bet is to confirm with support.

      • They were a bit ambiguous. I kept the chat because they said to cancel before next billing cycle to avoid a further fee but were unsure if there was 30 days. I had a feeling there was but haven’t seen it mentioned online so I think I’m confused with my old isp Exetel which did.
