      Unfortunately, I can hear the collective ozbargain sigh.

      • +7

        I sighed once, and then sighed again when I noticed jv forgot to put a random word in bold

        • +8

          random word in bold

          The are not random.

          • -2

            @jv: yes they are

            • -1

              @beltdrive: Proove it.

              • @jv: no, you prove otherwise

                • +1

                  @beltdrive:

                  no, you prove

                  I don't need to as I have the algorithm

                  It is definitely not random by definition.

  • I got these a few years ago. It works pretty well. The best thing is the headband which is the most comfortable I wear in my life.

      You need new underwear.

      • +1

        im sure there is a recent deal for this as well

  • Thanks OP, got one.

  • Sadly, no more gaming time.

    • +5

      Just wear them and reminiscent when you did have time.

  • Will they work with my ps5?

    • +1

      Yes, Wired

  • Doesn't look like lightning connection for my kids phone.

  • Got 1 thanks !

  • Work with a Switch?

    I bought some Corsairs and they dont work on it :(

    • It says so on the listing and basically every other site.
      If it doesn't work, you can return it.

      "Multiplatform compatible (PC, PS4, Xbox One, Switch, Mac OSX), the GSP 300 features a lift-to-mute noise-canceling boom"

      • Just realised its corded. Im after wireless.

        The Corsairs have a dongle but dont work with it :( And when you connect them via bluetooth then the mic wont work.

  • +2

    Everyone needs at least three headsets. Got one.

  • any recommendations of a DAC to go with?

    • +6

      a DAC for a $35 headset?

    • If you really have nothing to plug it into I'd just get something like this. A higher grade dac won't have a mic input on it but also would just be a waste of money with this headset anyway
      edit: also the tried and true apple dongle will do the job, it supports the trrs 4 pole 3.5mm connector so the mic should work

  • Are these headphones comparable to the Razer BlackShark V2 X Wired?

    • Gaming headset are really only worth it on the high end (wireless) where non-gaming centric options aren't really optimized for latency. At this price point, you'd do much better with an actual good headphone or IEM and a separate mic. You'll get better audio quality, and your friends won't hate you for killing their ear with a shit built in mic.

      If you don't mind IEM, the Salnotes Zero is $30 on Amazon right now

    • I think these were on clearance at an Officeworks I went to the other day, $28. Wasn't sure if they were good

  • OOS

  • arg it is OOS :(
