    Would recommend avoiding!

I'm onto my second VTOMAN 1500x after the first one failed after a month or so. The second one has now failed on its first use, and VTOMAN refused to refund me.

The eBay store is not responding to my enquiries, and eBay themselves are not helping at all - as it's beyond 3 months of original purchase.

Now have a expensive paperweight with little recourse.

Suggest buying a equivalent item from a Australian (ABN) based store with ACCC protection.

    • try paypal or credit card chargeback?

    • oh no! I've got a 1500x as well. Used over 3 days and it was ok.

      What happens when it fails?

My first one the capacity was significantly less than claimed, and I did a whole bunch of recording, graphing etc. to prove it.

The second one goes from 50% to 0% in seconds when under a reasonable load (900W). Again, I question the quality or actual capacity of the unit.

Unfortunately used AfterPay so don't think I have CC protection.

Lesson learnt: use PayPal, EBay wipe their hands clean of any real support as soon as they can, avoid eBay for $ purchases - buy direct from an Australian Business with an ABN and an Invoice.

  • Damnit, just paid $343, 6 weeks ago..

I got the Jump 1000 for $679 & the extra battery for $615 back in Feb…all rigged up to a solar panel. Runs perfectly so far. Nearly 3,000WH so cost per WH is cheap AF compared to other brands. No complaints from me.

Yep ditto. Have 2 x Jump 1000's and I've had no issues what so ever, used on numerous camping trips connected to solar panels, running fridges, projectors, hot water system, etc. Definitely the best $ value per Watt-hour. Having said that, $303 for 299Wh isn't worth it. Really not sure what you would even use this for.

      • Don't suppose you got a tax invoice with an ABN on it? I'm having trouble tracking them down to get my refund. They've gone full silent.

  • How long will it run a cpap

    • What's your CPAP watt rating?

  • 53 watt

    • bout 4.5 hours, assuming 80% efficiency.
