    To maximise the uber eats one, I check the pick up process. My local Viet only adds a dollar on for pick up so claiming promos and picking up is easy cheaper than eating in store/take away. I have to pick it up myself anyway if I didn't use UE

    Booo only seems to give it if final price is $30+ not total spend $30+. Hence can't stack with other offers like discounts and BOGOF unless you're ordering $30+/$50+.

    Feel sorry to all those roped into paying for an annual membership just before they made this change.

        Yeah but that's still spending $36 on Uber Eats for something to come in 45 minutes and have 3 stops. I can make something in that time, cheaper and eat it before it gets cold.

        The value just isn't there unless you're one to regularly spend $50+ on Uber Eats.

    Tried to utilize the 50% of Uber rides after midnight last night, but promo would not be accepted despite the writing stating is available from 00:00 AM AEST. Ended up having to pay the full price since I was waiting for a long time for it to activate. Seems like the promotion turns on at a random time, so much for a 'on demand' service which is unable to be used at the time you want.

          Yep. My Coles order was a disaster. The Uber shopper was trying to look for non deli items in the deli and I ended up having to pay an expensive service fee for a limited number of items.

          Service fee should be refunded if items can't be delivered, particularly when it's due to shopper error. We're already paying a premium as is through Coles on Uber as already mentioned.

            @arcticmonkey: I had my Coles order as a pre-order for delivery tonight. My shopper couldn't find one item so wasn't picked (I chose to refund if not available), order was finalised and delivered but realised the 50% discount didn't apply!! (even though it did at time of order).

            Raised a ticket with support and hopefully will be honoured… I didn't take a screenshot of the original order with the discount included so hopefully will get it fixed up. Anyone had similar experience?

    I signed up today after the UberEats app showed me an ad for the $15 off thing (so if it's "targeted" I seem to have been a target), but now that I have signed up the deal is nowhere to be found? Nothing in the promotions tab and it doesn't seem to apply to any individual places.

    What'd I do wrong and/or how do I get a refund?

    Edit: Scrolled further and found the ad again. Once I tap on the ad I can view the list of selected restaurants. Haven't ordered yet but will report back later with success or failure.
