    Note: the iPad Mini 4 is almost 9 years old and only supports up to iPadOS 15 (currently at iPadOS 17).

    Don't do it. These old iPads struggle to even browse the web let alone run any apps.

      I agree, bought one in last deal and it struggles maintaining wifi connection. Not sure if wifi 6 router is backwards compatible.

    Im guessing coding andriod screen mirror in motion is probably the best bet?

    It’s not refurbished. It’s just used. Not sure how sellers are allowed to get away with such misleading terminology.

    Whilst older cheaper Apple products can be a good deal, I would stay away from devices that no longer run the latest OS. This device is nearly 9 years old and stopped being supported by new OS feature updates in 2022. A good amount of apps will struggle to run on this nowadays, or refuse to run at all.

      No doubt what you're saying is true, but the bunch of apps I've used on my similarly old ipad all work fine.

      Why obsessed with latest OS? As long as it works fine and no lagging. Updating to latest OS only allows it to be more resource hungry and hence, make it slower.

        Because some apps will get updates then refuse to run on old ios. I had to throw away an ipad 2 for this reason

        This is not an issue on Android as it is easy to install older versions of apps.

    128gb is pretty good.
    I have an air 2, which is basically the same except the size. However it’s only got 16gb lol.
    It’s definitely a little slow but the space is possibly the worst part. I might even consider this…

    Edit: I bought it. Once I sell mine it will have cost me probably around $30 for the increase in storage space, plus I want to try out the mini form factor. Won't be a longterm keeper no doubt but worth it for now. Thanks!

    Ordered one.

    I've got iPad Air 2 which has similar internal to this one but only has 16gb storage and wifi. It is surprisingly usable except very small storage so 128gb will help with what I need.

      Exactly the same as me! I think mines waiting at the post office. Hopefully it gets the job done for a little while longer.
