        It works so far, kids play fortnigth and minecraft, i only play dota 2. Wife watching netflix. Enough for my wfh job as well. Planning to change my Asus RT-AC86U router

    Routers in this general performance camo have become so hard to recommend since the GL.iNet GL-MT6000 (Flint 2) managed to sort out its stock levels.

    Simple eaay firmware, fully open source if you want to DIY OpenWRT, and hardware to die for, at $40 less, and on sale often.

        I never had any issues.

        Its a common chipset and I was able to compile my OS for it with very little config.

    I cant go back to anything not Open-WRT based after trying out a GL.iNet router. The transparency on what is happening on your network & the options to configure exactly how you want are worth every cent.
