Your program reward for the online purchase milestone (s) will be awarded based on your order (s) Cashback tracked date/time. The program status will be updated when you've completed the program and once your Cashback is tracked.

Your program reward for the online purchase milestone (s) will be confirmed when your orders) tracked Cashback status is confirmed, and your reward will be issued based on the validation time of your order(s).

        As others have mentioned the T&Cs don't exclude gift cards so might be able to get an Amazon GC instead unless they update it.

        It seems anything I buy from Amazon lately isn't in an included category anyway.

        I guess they updated it. No GC either.

          Cashout or cashback? 2 different things.
          The cashback will take time to approve, longer periods of time at some retailers. Based on return policies and other things I think.
          Cashout is approved cashback going to your bank account and mine was very quick.

          I did one a few weeks ago I think and was longest wait I've had with them. Never been months, but nearly 2 weeks that time. Usually about a week though, longest compared to CR and TCB

    Not sure about others' experience with Shopback withdrawals, but I have a withdrawal request in "Processing" status since 02-May-2024. I have tried to contact SB support via App and received below response in my email on 15-May-24:

    I can see the payment for your cashout is being processed and it will be transferred to your account within 3-5 working days. Like any funds transfer, cashout transfers can take 3-5 days due to bank clearing approvals, depending on the bank.
    Please feel free to contact us if you have not received it after 5 working days and I will look into it for you :)

    Hey @gotyourback, Thank you for always helping out everyone here. but looks like the SB support team thinks others are as dumb as they are. Do you really think they can't notice any pending withdrawal request on their side? Do you really think it is still less than 5 working days between 02-May-24 and today (21-May-24)? Do you really think that your app users should be following up this kind of tasks (withdrawal requests etc.)?

    Here is how it compares with CashRewards:

    • Withdrawal request sent to CashRewards on Friday 8pm (17-May-24).
    • The money appeared in my account on Monday 4pm (20-May-24).

    Made a purchase on eBay and AliExpress (Totalling well over $30) around 1am and none of those purchases have tracked yet which probably means I will be shit out of luck when it does finally track….

    Never had them take so long to track, usually AliExpress is within an hour or two

      Doing so after midnight shows that your dedication is second to none. However, SB updates rewards allocation promptly upon successful tracking so that it is better not to shop on eBay and wherever takes long time to track. It is probably the reason why Amazon is not included.

          I purchased vitamin from chemist warehouse today 25-05-24 at 11:00 AM the transaction tracked at 14:00 so for me 3 hours waiting l got transaction tracked along with spend $30+ and get $3 cashback at the same time. Chemist warehouse is very easy to spend over $30 buy 1 or 2 vitamins already over $30 and choose option click & collect where suit to pick up to avoid delivery fee.

    eBay+ vouchers usually make cashback ineligible. So presumably this bonus will be ineligible too?
