I got offered one of these about a month ago for $550 from HN.
Some people on WP have gotten them a bit cheaper by haggling. Which is part of the reason why I didn't buy it at $550, HN were really firm on that price.
This is the cheapest I've seen it advertised. Maybe it will give you more bargaining power at HN if nothing else.

Price is good given it included shipping. I've read of people managing to get them for $470-480 in the last few months.

Yer I know, but buggered if I could get HN ringwood to go below $550. Some have even got it for $450 out west.
At least now you can go in to your local HN and if they still play hardball you can order it from videopro right in front of them lol.

I ended up buying the 2113 for $750, but at this pricing the 1713 is way better bang for buck.
