        Set up a new paypal, call up and say that you were given (via email if they ask) a code - cswelcome113
        That code isn't working so what should you do?

        I'm not brave enough to give it a go, I value my paypal account too much on the off chance they may decide to can your new (and possibly original) account.

  Just received an empty box from the seller without the item inside, so will likely need to go a PayPal dispute process. FML. (At least I only paid a few dollars with the help of this coupon.)

      I bought this USB 3.0 HDD enclosure for ~$3.50: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/330858179437

      Came in the box and with cable/documentation but no enclosure inside. I've sent an email to the seller, but they're away until February 18 so I might escalate to a PayPal dispute rather than wait that long. :|
