    i have a phone like this plugged into a voip modem - all good from my end.
    we dont use the bluetooth that often - we use prepaid mobile plans that are not unlimited - so we use our mobiles for calling mobiles and have unlimited local calls through voip..

  I have a Telstra handset at home and use this for Voip http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/UNLOCKED-2-Port-LINKSYS-PAP2T-NA-…

  All works well, just setting up the Voip adapter is a little time consuming to get right, its basically like setting up a router.
