  • Had a bingle, they were pretty good with the whole process. I was expecting poor service tbh, but happy with it all.

    Let it auto-renew as with a new quote it was significantly more expensive with them and other insurers. Happy to save a few hundred and not get the $100 bonus gift.

      Tip for next time: Call them to stop the auto-renewal and then reapply for a new quote to get the Bonus gift.

    I have comprehensive car insurance which is due to expire with Woolworths.
    How can I take advantage of this offer?

    • I would suspect you would have to put in a cancellation request for your existing comprehensive insurance.
      On the day of the expiry, sign up to a new insurance, provided its before the 15 August.

  • Are the points only for when you choose Drive Less Pay Less option? I don't see the points when I choose the other option.

    • The way it was worded is for New Comprehensive Car Insurance Policy, so shouldn't just be for Drive Less Pay Less.

    I compared to my current RAA SA policy and Woolworths was over $100 more expensive.
    Just sharing for any other RAA members - no shade OP.

  • So you basically have to pay 2 installments to get the reward, because they don't refund any amount and it takes 45 days to get reward, is that correct?
    Also how long do I have to wait if I was a woolies insurance customer previously?
